Level8 approached us with a clear mission: to reduce fast fashion waste and build a more sustainable future. Our task was to translate that vision into a compelling visual identity that communicates their commitment to circularity and conscious consumption.

Each dash in the loop represents individual efforts uniting to form a complete, circular system. Bold typography and an eco-conscious color palette reinforce the message of responsibility and collective action.

Task

Our task was to develop a complete visual identity for Level8 that would clearly communicate their mission and values. This included creating a distinctive symbol, selecting typography, building a color palette, and designing supporting brand elements—all aligned with the theme of sustainability and circular fashion. The goal was to craft a cohesive visual language that not only stands out but also tells the story of Level8’s commitment to reducing fast fashion waste through continuous recycling and conscious design.

Level8 is on a mission to reduce fast fashion waste and create a sustainable future. Our goal was to create a visual representation of their vision – to create a process of recycling clothing waste and reproducing it again.

The result is a bold and eye-catching infinity loop symbol that represents the continuous cycle of recycling. The dashes represent singular entities that come together to form unity and complete the infinity symbol.

This bold branding was designed to make a strong first impression while communicating depth and purpose. The striking infinity loop serves as a powerful visual anchor, immediately conveying the concept of circularity and continuous recycling. Paired with confident, heavy typography, the identity stands out and reflects the urgency and importance of tackling fast fashion waste.

Beyond its visual impact, the branding carries meaning in every element—from the symbolic dashes forming unity to the color palette that bridges recycling cues with nature. It’s a modern, intentional identity that not only represents Level8’s values but also invites others to join the movement toward a more sustainable future.

The color palette was thoughtfully selected to align with Level8’s core mission of sustainability and circular fashion. Greens and muted blues reference traditional recycling symbols, instantly signaling eco-conscious values and environmental responsibility. These familiar tones help build trust and clearly communicate the brand’s purpose at a glance.

To complement this, we incorporated earthy tones and natural neutrals that reflect the organic, grounded nature of Level8’s approach. These colors create a visual link between the recycling process and the environment, reinforcing the idea of fashion existing in harmony with nature. The result is a palette that feels both modern and meaningful.
